Return Policy

We accept returns with the following conditions :

• If you received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
• You have 30 days to return your item for a refund as long as it is unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• Shipping fees apply for returns that are not a result of damaged, faulty or incorrectly delivered items.
• We do not accept "change of mind" returns for custom order / custom cut products.
• "Ghosting" on whiteboard products is normal and will not be considered a fault.
